  • Flagler Tiger Bay Club does not take positions on political issues, and we are not and will not be taking a position for or against Amendment 3.
  • Hear from Flagler County’s five constitutional officers about the proposed Amendment 3 Property Tax Referendum and what passage or failure of the referendum could mean for Flagler County residents and our community.
  • Panelists:

Tom Bexley, Flagler County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller

Shelly Edmonson, Flagler County Tax Collector

Jay Gardner, Flagler County Property Appraiser

Rick Staly, Flagler County Sheriff

  • Also featuring Jeff Brandes, former Florida State Senator and Founder of the Florida Policy Project, who will explain legislator-driven ballot initiatives and how they make their way onto the ballot.
  • Members of the public will have an opportunity to ask questions during the Town Hall.
  • Our goal is to have a civil and balanced discussion, provide voters with factual information, and give them an opportunity to ask questions and better understand the potential impact of Amendment 3. We intend to ensure that both the potential benefits and potential consequences of the amendment are addressed during the Town Hall.
  • The event will be broadcast live on WNZF 94.9 FM and livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube.
  • No registration required. Free and open to the public.
  • Thank you to AdventHealth, Dwyer & Knight Law Firm, Evolve, and the Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce for providing Education Grants that allow us to offer this event to the community at no cost.
