In our initial year of operation, the Flagler Tiger Bay Club Scholarship Committee began working with the Flagler County Education Foundation and has designed scholarship guidelines for students interested in a career in public service, politics, or related fields that affect our politics; pursuant to our mission and guiding principles. As you renew your membership, we are asking you to strongly consider contributing to the Flagler Tiger Bay Club Scholarship Fund in an amount equal to last year’s initiation fee or any other amount. Our goal is each year we raise a minimum of $12,000 to provide a tremendous impact to deserving students from Flagler County. With your contribution and support we will continue to make this program a success, providing a positive impact on our community.

The Flagler Tiger Bay Club gives scholarship(s) to graduating high school seniors of Flagler County Schools annually. The scholarship winners are invited to be our guests for lunch at an early summer meeting. Members can contribute directly to the scholarship fund when they renew their annual membership dues. Flagler Tiger Bay Club seeks 100% participation level from our members.

The Flagler Tiger Bay Club Scholarship Committee works closely with Flagler County Education Foundation, in addition to designing the Young Tiger Program for students interested in a career in public service, politics or related fields, pursuant to our mission and guiding principles. Together we have raised over $92,000 that will have a tremendous impact on deserving students in Flagler County. With your contributions, we continue to make both programs a success.

The last five years, we have awarded 34 scholarships to an outstanding group of Seniors from Flagler County Public Schools representing both Flagler Palm Coast Hight School and Matanzas High School. Please help us to do our part to assist our worthy college bound students!

Flagler tiger bay club young tiger program

Part of the Flagler Tiger Bay Club mission is to foster the development of tomorrow's leaders. We are dedicated to fostering youth interest in civic leadership and public involvement. One of the Club's guiding principles is to engage, support, and mentor the next generations of leaders. The Flagler Tiger Bay Club Young Tiger Program was created to encourage our young adults to take interest in public service and civic responsibility. During the school year, we invite high school students (juniors and seniors) and college students (all classifications) to be guests at our meetings. The cost of Young Tiger attendance is subsidized by individual and corporate contributions from our members throughout the year.
